Bruce Wilson has been a successful executive and entrepreneur specializing in strategic and tactical planning, capital attraction, finance and accounting, and enterprise management. From 1985 until 2005, he was self-employed as a certified public accountant providing income tax , financial and business advisory, and capital attraction services. From 1990 to 2007, he was President of Commonwealth Capital Corporation, a registered investment advisory firm, providing investment consulting and management services. In 1981, he co-founded and was President of Mecca Petroleum Corp., an oil and gas exploration company. Bruce was formerly Tax Manager, and ultimately Manager of Corporate Planning and Development for Bow Valley Exploration (U.S.) Inc., where he was responsible for income tax planning and compliance, joint venture financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Bow Valley Exploration (U.S.) Inc., he was a senior tax accountant with KPMG. Bruce received a B.A. in business-economics from Moravian College and his M.B.A. in finance from Lehigh University. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Colorado. Bruce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Rockies Venture Club.
